Welcome to Crystal Lake East Shore Cottages. We have two clean beachfront cottages featuring wonderful views of Crystal Lake and within walking distance to downtown Beulah and the Betsie Valley hiking and biking trail. Crystal Lake is noted as one of the ten cleanest lakes in the United States. The lake is approximately 9 miles long and approximately 1+ mile wide. This lake is noted for it’s excellent fishing, morning water skiing and kayaking, and afternoon sailing opportunities.  

Our beachfront location features a clean, sandy bottom and a quiet location, away from busy traffic. Each cottage is available for rent weekly, from early June through September of each year. You can rent one cottage or both, for larger family get-togethers or whatever suits your needs.

• Lakefront view with sandy beach
• 3 Bedrooms - First floor master bedroom has pillow-topped Queen sized bed  ;;  2 upstairs bedrooms have a total of 3 double beds
• 1 Bathroom
• Supplied with kitchen utensils and cookware
• 23" TV with Cable/VCR/DVD

These are the renting guidelines we have for our beautiful cottages.

• 6 Person max per cottage
• No pets
• No smoking inside
• Check in: 3:00 PM Saturday
• Check out: 10:00 AM Saturday

$435 deposit due for reservation

Remainder of rental fee due 14 days before arrival

Cancellation/Deposit Refund Policy

• Cancel by February 1st--90% of Deposit is refunded
• Cancel by May 1st--90% of Deposit is refunded IF the cottages can be rented to someone else
• Cancel after May 1st-Entire Deposit is Lost
